The proposal of transfer of the petitioner was not considered as some queries were raised by letter dated 08.10.2024. 6.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that all those objections have been removed and the matter is pending before respondent no.2.

Learned AGP submis that the proposal may be disposed of within two months.

In view thereof, the petition is allowed by directing respondent no.2 to dispose of the proposal of the petitioner within two months from today.
