Mr.Sangeet, learned Advocate submits that the order impugned in the petition is passed in favour of the present applicant still he is not made party. We have heard Mr.Kakade, learned counsel for the non-applicant. 2.

As the order impugned is infavour of the applicant and if any order is passed in favour of the writ petitioner the present applicant would be affected, the applicant is necessary party. In view of that the writ petitioner is directed to add the present applicant as respondent to the writ petition. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
