Considering the quantum of sentence and in view of the fact that the appeal is not likely to be heard in near future, this Court is inclined to allow this application in terms of following order :-

ORDER

(i) Criminal application is allowed.

12-APLLN-3368-21.odt (ii) The execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment of the applicants is suspended pending the appeal. The applicants be released on their executing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount.
