The Hon'ble Supreme Court, by order dated 11.09.2017, has directed the applicant to withdraw 50% of the enhanced compensation amount without furnishing any security and balance 50% is to be released on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court. In view of the Apex Court's order, there was no necessity for the applicant to file this Civil Application. In any case, the Registry is directed to release 50% of the deposited compensation amount to the applicant without insisting for any security; and after applicant had furnished appropriate security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court, balance 50% is also required to be released in his favour. Civil Application is disposed of.
