The Petitioner/Sansthan prays that their pending applications mentioned in prayer clause No.12(b), be considered by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Hingoli.

The learned AGP submits that the pendency of the trust matters before all such Authorities is quite high. All the change reports and several applications are in queue. We are of the view that merely because the Petitioner has approached the High Court, should not lead to an expeditious out of turn hearing of the applications which are filed khs/Nov.2023/13955

- 2 - only in 2022 and 2023.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect the learned Authority at Hingoli to deal with the applications as per their date of lodging/registration and in queue, with all other applications that have been filed.
