Mr. Sakolkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as full time lecturer. However, the same is not yet decided by respondent No.2.

We have heard learned AGP.

In case the proposal (Exh.G, page 66) is still pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall take decision thereon on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
