This application is filed for vacating the interim relief granted by this Court by order dated 23rd October, 2024. 2.

Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

This Court by order dated 23.10.2024 had granted stay to clause No.3 of order passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Latur, considering the fact that the parties are before the State Government in appeal under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The State Government has not granted stay to the order impugned in the said appeal. After hearing the parties this Court modifies the order. The parties to maintain the status quo till disposal of the appeal pending before the Minister/State Government.

Learned Counsel for petitioner makes the responsible statement that, the petitioner will not take any advantage of the present position of the entries in revenue record. 6.

The State Government to decide the appeal within eight (8) weeks from today. The parties to cooperate for early hearing of the matter without taking any unnecessary adjournment. 7.

This order is passed without 'prejudice' to any parties and without touching to the merits of the matter. 8.

With this the application stands disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO. 11928 OF 2024 9.
