Mr. Badakh, learned AGP submits that fresh order has been passed on 27.7.2018 granting approval to the petitioner from the date he has joined the said post. In view of that the contempt stands purged.

It is submitted that the Management has submitted proposal for continuation of the petitioner after the period of three years from the date of the appointment of the petitioner.
