Learned advocates appearing for the parties were directed to resolve factual issue, by independently producing copies of requisite death certificates of deceased original respondents. Accordingly, parties have produced respective death certificates on record.

Having regard to said death certificates, on instructions, it is submitted on behalf of original petitioner - respondent No.1 in these civil applications that the original petitioner reconciles itself to the correctness and legality of the claims under the civil applications and the applicants to be considered as legal heirs of the deceased respondents.

In that view of the matter, entitlement of applicants is not seriously being disputed.

4.
