We do not see any grounds for review. The grievance of the petitioner with regard to the seniority is concluded up to the Apex Court. The learned Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner was directed to be decided by the Chief Secretary and the same is not decided. 3.

That cannot be the subject matter of the review. Review application, as such is rejected.
