Mr.R.S.Deshmukh, learned advocate for respondent no.2 refers to the Circular dated 24/2/1993 and 6/1/2010 and submits that the petitioner is a private party and such Petition could only be filed at the Principal Seat. 2] In view of that the matter is transferred to the Principal Seat at Bombay. The Registry shall take immediate steps to transfer the matter to the Principal Seat at Bombay.
