Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for the respondent State.

The learned AGP has no objection if the application is allowed in terms of its prayer clauses. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 acquiring body has also no objection if the application is allowed.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Civil application accordingly disposed of. The appellant State to carry out the amendment in the title clause of the appeal forthwith.
