Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have preferred a Day application before the Lower Court seeking certain corrections in the judgment and decree passed by the said Court. He has, therefore, prayed for sending back the Record and Proceedings of Land Acquisition Reference No.52/2014 to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal.

Learned Counsel further submits that because of paucity of time, affidavit of the applicants could not be filed and, therefore, prayed for dispensing with the said affidavit.
