The petitioner is seeking direction for consideration and decision over the proposals/applications submitted by it. The petitioner applied on 21.07.2019 and 20.01.2020 to the respondent no.2. The claim of the petitioner is that they need teaching and nonteaching staff. The posts are proposed in the staff approval. If the proposed posts are converted into regular posts, that would facilitate the petitioner to fill up the posts.

Learned AGP makes a statement that the proposal would be decided within eight weeks from today.
