In response to the order passed by this Court dated 10.3.2015, the appellant has deposited 50% of the amount under the award before this Court. Learned counsel appearing for respondent also submits that the Reference Court has exorbitantly awarded the enhanced compensation.

In view of this, the applicants are permitted to withdraw half of the amount deposited in this Court ( i.e. 50% of the deposited amount) with a condition of furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 4.
