Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Writ Petition No. 14309/2019 pertains to mutation entry No. 592 and mutation entry No. 668. Both these mutation entries have finally merged into 880 which is subject matter of R.C.S. No. 100/2011. The suit is filed for declaration and recovery of possession. It is well settled that outcome of the civil suit will be binding upon the revenue authority and corresponding entry can be made in the revenue record, on an application of the party depending upon the outcome of the civil suit. 3.

In view of the same, the civil court is directed to decide R.C.S. No. 100/2011 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a perod of two years from the date of receipt of this order. All contentions are kept open. Parties to cooperate in deciding the civil suit. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

In view of the above order, nothing survive in Writ Petition No.15296/2019. The same is also disposed of.
