The learned Addl.G.P. submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent no. 5-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur. He tenders an affidavit in reply of the respondent no. 5. 2.

As per the order passed in the writ petition, the respondent no. 5Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad Latur was directed to consider petitioner's application/representation. The respondent no. 5 has expressly stated about having considered the petitioner's application/representation and having rejected it. He has also mentioned about a communication dated 02.01.2024 (Exh. 'R-1') having been addressed to the petitioner. Needless to state that it would always be open for the petitioner to challenge the decision of the Education Officer. The order of the Court for deciding the representation/application has been duly complied. 3.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
