Learned counsel for applicants submits that, order dated 02nd December, 2022 ought to have been carried out in Civil Application No. 5478 of 2020 as the same was for bringing legal heirs on record. However, wrongly Civil Application No. 6380 of 2010 is mentioned in the order, which was filed for fixing early date of hearing of the petition.

In the light of the above, order dated 02nd December, 2022 shall be read in 'Civil Application No. 5478 of 2020' instead of "Civil Application No. 6380 of 2010".
