Heard petitioner - party in person from jail through video conferencing mode. He submits that, if this Court permitted him to apply before the learned Sessions Court not to handcuff him on every date, he will apply for the same and the learned Sessions Court may be directed to decide his application.

In that view of the matter, petitioner to submit such application within a period of four weeks to the learned Sessions Court and the learned Sessions Court is directed to decide the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the petition and the same is disposed of.
