Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the respondents.

As per directions of this Court, the owner of the offending vehicle has deposited Rs.One Lakh towards compensation. The award is passed granting compensation of Rs.3,74,600/-.

Therefore, permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.One Lakh with accrued interest thereon up to date, subject to filing of written undertaking, within two weeks from
