Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned for respondent-insurer. I have also heard the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4-original claimants. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the tribunal. The applicants and the respondent nos. 3 and 4 are permitted withdraw Rupees Three Lakhs in the following manner. The applicant no.1. Savita is permitted to withdraw Rupees Two Lakhs, whereas, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw Rupees Fifty Thousand each on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Civil application for withdrawal is accordingly disposed of.
