Heard. Subsequent to issuance of notices in these Petitions, the Petitioners are allowed to participate in tender process.

Needless to observe that since the Petitioners are allowed to participate in the tender process, an appropriate decision will be taken by the Authorities.

In that view of the matter, it is not necessary to adjudicate these Petitions any further. Hence both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of.

In case any occasion arises in future, liberty to the Petitioners to avail of an appropriate remedy as available in law.
