The Petitioner has tendered the representation dated

*2* 929wp13728o23 31.07.2023 to the Joint Director of Higher Education, Aurangabad (Respondent No.3 herein). It pertains to the CAS benefits under the 6th and 7th pay recommendations. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to respond to the pending representation of the Petitioner by considering the records and the law applicable, on or before 31.12.2023. If Respondent No.3 does not have jurisdiction to deal with the said application, he may suitably guide the Petitioner to avail of the remedy which may be permissible in law.
