By present civil application, learned counsel for applicant requests for deferring the period referred to for making deposit pursuant to order dated 28-10-2015 in civil application No. 13948 of 2013. He refers to various reasons as to why the amount as directed has not been deposited within stipulated period. In the circumstances, he further requests that the applicants be allowed to deposit said amount in two installments. He further submits that as on the date a demand draft of Rs. 20,000/- dated 26-11-2015 is ready, however, he seeks further period of twelve weeks for making deposit of remaining amount of Rs. 20,000/-.

Learned counsel for respondents, however, states that order passed by this court is self operative, in the circumstances, having
2 c.a.16294.15 regard to that indulgence may not be required in the present matter. 3.
It is not in dispute that the applicant is lady and an agriculturist, it would be expedient in peculiar circumstances prevailing, request of the applicant may have to be given a proper consideration. 4.
In the circumstances, office to accept demand draft of Rs. 20,000/- dated 26-11-2015 if deposited within a period of one week from today and rest of the amount of Rs. 20,000/-, however, shall be deposited in this court on or before 31-01-2016. In case, rest of the amount of Rs. 20,000/- is not deposited within stipulated period, interim relief granted pursuant to order dated 28-10-2015 would stand vacated without reference to the court.
