This is an application on the ground of long incarceration. 2.

Learned APP points out that this Court has called report from the learned trial Judge.

Perused the report. Learned APP further points out that on having interacted with his counterpart in learned trial Court, he has learnt that prosecution is proposing to examine 12 to 13 witnesses at the most and two witnesses are already examined.

Taking into consideration the report of learned trial Court, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application.
