Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents.

Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 have filed the affidavit in reply. In the said affidavit in reply, Respondent Nos.2 to 5 have tendered unconditional apology for not obeying the order of which the disobedience is alleged in this Contempt

666.17CP Petition within time. The Supreme Court in the case of Suresh Chandra Poddar vs.

Dhani Ram and others1 has taken a view that even where the order of court is complied with, subsequent to receipt of notice of contempt, court should show judicial grace and magnanimity in dealing with action for contempt.

Since the order of which disobedience is alleged has been complied with, keeping in view the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Poddar (supra), the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
