Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount deposited by insurance company, by filing an undertaking that such withdrawal will be abide by final order in this appeal. Undertaking is to be filed by applicants 1 and 4.

The affidavit containing such undertaking may be sworn in at Udgir, Dist. Latur and filed in this Court.

In case, there is any shortfall in deposit of amount, appellantinsurance company to make good the said shortfall within a period of four weeks from today.
