Heard. The petitioners are claiming rental compensation. They had submitted application with respondent no.3 on 04.07.2022, their learned advocate submit that the petitioners would be satisfied if the directions are issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and decide petitioners application (Exhibit-D).

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate order on petitioners application received by his office on 04.07.2022 (Exhibit-D) expeditiously and in any event within twelve weeks from today.
