Present petition has been filed to direct respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's furlough leave appeal dated 22.10.2024 within a stipulated period.

Learned A.P.P. after waiving service of notice for all the respondents, placed on record the written communication by respondent No.2, stating that he would decide the appeal within a period of six weeks. Exhibit 'A' is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the appeal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.
