Learned counsel submits that the applicant is 73 years of age and unable to walk without help of others. Delay of 688 days occurred on account of age and aforesaid disablement.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, delay caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application accordingly allowed and disposed of. 4.
