We have heard Mr Tope, the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 (Institution) submits that within a period of three weeks from today, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 would transfer the petitioner from unaided to aided post and forward the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided Division. The statement made by the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

After the proposal is forwarded by respondent Nos. 3 and 4 seeking approval of transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post, the respondent shall take decision upon the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law and in tune of the judgment of this Court dated 4th July, 2019 in Writ Petition No 1493 of 2018 with connected writ petitions, preferably within a period of six months. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
