ORAL ORDER :- 1.

This Application has been moved by the State Authorities praying for three months time for the compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 16.08.2017 delivered in Writ Petition No. 3829 of 2006 which was filed by the non-applicant/petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the original petitioner submits that considering the statement made in paragraph No.2 of the Civil Application, the same can be allowed, provided the State is serious on implementing the judgment.

Learned A.G.P. confirms that effective steps will be taken within three months.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause-B.

The time of 90 days would be computed from the date of this order.
