The Petitioners succeeded before the Industrial Court. By the Judgment of the Single Judge of this Court dated 19/01/2016, in Writ Petition No.4050/2004 and connected Writ Petitions, preferred by the Municipal Council, the proposals of these Petitioners were directed to be tendered to the Government in view of the law laid down in Municipal Council, Tirora Vs. Tulsidas Baliram Bindhade, 2016 (6) Mh.L.J. 867. The proposals have been accepted and the Petitioners have been granted regularization from a particular date. The Petitioners do not agree with the dates from which they have been granted regularization.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the corrected proposal is pending and the same may be directed to decide by the Competent Authority within a period of 180 days. 3.
The learned A.G.P. submits that the Competent Authority would deal with the corrected proposal of the Petitioners in accordance with the law and depending upon the dates, on which the posts were deemed to be vacant and available. 4.
After the State decides the corrected proposal, if the Petitioners are aggrieved, they would be at liberty to approach the Industrial Court for voicing their grievance. 5.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
