We have heard Mr. Kokad, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, Ms Diggikar, the learned AGP and Mr. Chate, the learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.3 and 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, the place where the petitioner is transferred now does not have students. He would be surplus. He has given representation to accommodate him, however no decision is taken on it.

The respondent no.3 shall take decision upon the representation of the petitioner dtd. 02.11.2019 expeditiously, preferably within four weeks.
