Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.P.P. for respondent no.1 and learned counsel assisting the learned A.P.P. 2.

The applicant has two prayers; first for regular bail and in the alternate, temporary bail.

After hearing the respective counsel and going through the papers, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail on merit. As far as the ground for seeking temporary bail, it has also not been over. Hence, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
