Learned APP strongly opposes the applications. 4.

The injured persons - Mohd. Nadeem and Syed. Irfan are present before the court. Admittedly, Respondent no.2 (informant) in Criminal Application No.3976 of 2023 was in jail for more than three years. Considering all these aspects, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (C), subject to depositing costs of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) in each application; out of which Rs.20,000/- be deposited with Library, High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad and Rs.20,000/- be deposited with Library, Office of the Government Pleader, High Court, Aurangabad.
