Heard Shri Bhalerao, learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as Shri Kakade, learned counsel appearing for non applicant No.1 and learned AGP for non applicants-State.

Though Shri Kakade, learned counsel objects for condonation of delay, the delay is sufficiently explained in the application, averments of which are not controverted by filing counter affidavit. Hence, for the stated reasons, the applications are allowed. Delay in filing appeals is condoned.
