The applicant has been arraigned as an accused in the offence of the fraud played with the sugar factory. The amount of alleged fraud has been assessed by the Auditor. The auditor has assessed the amount of Rs.2,14,875/- as a liability upon the applicant. The applicant has showed his bonafde and deposited said amount with the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Paithan. Since applicant deposited the money, it can be said that the public money has been secured. That apart, material investigation in the matter is over. aaa/-

The applicant Dadasaheb s/o Natha Bomble be released on bail on executing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount in connection with the Crime No.119 of 2022 registered with MIDC Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under sections 406, 409, 420, 464, 468, 470, 471, 120-B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on following condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

Criminal application No.4229 of 2022 stands disposed of.
