All these applications are fled by the applicantappellant-acquiring body for extension of time for depositing the remaining amount as per order dated 18.08.2022. The applicant-acquiring body has also prayed for permission to deposit part amounts, as mentioned in prayer clause "B" of all these applications.

The learned Counsel for some of the claimants opposed the applications but submitted, in the alternative,

{2} ca16830.22.odt that short period only be allowed to the acquiring body to deposit the amount as directed under order dated 18.08.2022.

In view of the same, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" with direction to deposit the entire amount as per order dated 18.08.2022 within eight weeks. Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE adb
