Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants.

The submission is, the delay caused in filing present application for restoration is due to bona fide reasons. The present application is also filed for setting aside the order of the Registrar, thereby refusal to register Public Interest Litigation on account of non removal of the office objections. 3.
Sufficient reasons are shown in the application to submit that the absence was for bona fide reasons.

In view of above, the application for condonation of delay as well as for restoration of the Public Interest Litigation is allowed, subject to depositing costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) towards High Court Bar Library, Aurangabad as well as removal of office objections, within a period of two weeks from today.

On compliance of the aforesaid conditions, post the Public Interest Litigation for admission in its due turn. In case, if the compliance is not done within stipulated period, the order of restoration of the litigation would stand vacated automatically.
