The learned Assistant Government Pleader for applicants states that, the applicants have deposited an amount of Rs. 43,97,844/- pursuant to the orders of this Court. The applicants be allowed to withdraw the said amount.

Mr. Kadam, the learned advocate for the non applicant does not have any objection for allowing the civil application as the applicant has received the amount of compensation.

In the light of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of. No costs.
