The application is filed for condonation of 711 days delay.

Both sides are heard. In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. However, there will be question of making payment of interest on higher rate and the delay is of 711 days. In view of this circumstance, learned counsel for the Applicant gives an undertaking not to claim interest in respect of this period if the

In the result, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned subject to condition that interest for the period of 711 days will not be given if the compensation amount is enhanced.
