The Petitioners claim that, one Mr.Girish Radhakisan Kalda is allegedly involved in illegal construction. The purported violator is not arrayed as a Respondent. The Petitioners claim to be the adjacent owners. The Petitioners have submitted a representation to the C.O., Sangamner Municipal Council.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the representation dated 05.09.2023 has already been responded to by the Municipal Council and it is stated in the reply dated 25.10.2023 that a khs/Nov.2023/13923

- 2 - notice u/s 54 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966 has already been issued.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Let the C.O., Sangamner Municipal Council deal with the matter by following the due procedure laid down in Law, in the event there is no legal impediment.
