Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGP for respondent - State. Learned counsel for respondents/claimants is absent.
2] Mr.Surwase, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that as per the earlier directions of this Court, the amount could not be deposited for want of monetary provisions. Now, however, monetary provisions are made. In the
5 5-ca1306-11.odt circumstances, on his request, time to deposit the amount is hereby extended till 6th April, 2015. 3] Stay to the execution of the impugned award granted earlier, is hereby made absolute in each of the applications, on the condition that the applicants deposit the amount as directed earlier, within the stipulated period i.e. on or before 6th April, 2015. The applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly.
4] It is, however, clarified that in case, the amount is not deposited within the prescribed period, present applications for grant of stay shall stand dismissed and the stay shall stand vacated, automatically, without further reference to the court.
