Heard. The petitioner is challenging the order dated 11/9/2024, passed by respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of order dated 8/7/2025, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11602/2024, in the case of Krutika Hemant Patil, who is niece of the present petitioner, this Court, by setting aside the order dated 11/9/2024 impugned herein, has directed the respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny

W.P. No.12827/2024 :: 2 ::

Committee to issue caste validity certificate to the said petitioner.

In the light of the fact that the order impugned in this Writ Petition is a common order passed in respect of Krutika Patil (supra) and the petitioner, we propose to pass the same order.

O R D E R

(i) The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

(ii) The impugned order dated 11/9/2024, passed by the respondent No.2 Committee is hereby quashed and set aside.

(iii) The respondent No.2 Committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioner towards "Tokre Koli", Scheduled Tribe within a period of one week from today.

(iv) The validity of the petitioner's claim shall be subject to the validity of his brother.
