The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the petition was filed there was no Member available at the Industrial Court, Jalgaon to adjudicate the dispute. He submits that, now, there is an officer appointed in the month of November2025 and that he is taking 15 days matter at Jalgaon and 15 days

2 929&930 matter at Dhule. He further submits that all the parties are appearing in the matter.

Considering that the petitioner's grievance is redressed i.e. an officer is already appointed, the concerned court to decide the proceedings pending before it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of production of the order of this court.
