Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that that the applicant volunteers that he shall deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- within one week from today, in addition to the amount that he has already deposited with the postal department. In view of the fact that at the relevant time, the applicant has already deposited the amount of which mis-management was alleged, in my opinion, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 3.

Apart from above, the applicant herein has volunteered to deposit Rs.25,000/- with the postal department, which should be held in trust by the said post office and after filing of the charge-sheet,

Cri.Appln.6532/2015 shall be remitted to the said Court. The learned Court will be at liberty to deal with the said amount deposited by the applicant at time of deciding the trial in question.

In view of above, the ad interim protection granted by this Court on 17th December 2015 stands confirmed.
