DATE : 1 FEBRUARY 2023 P.C.:- The petitioner is before us because of the trial court not passing any order on his application for temporary injunction filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of CPC, albeit, the application for temporary injunction was filed alongwith the suit in the year 2019. 2.

It has not been made clear in the petition and even the learned advocate for the petitioner could not give any satisfactory response so as to demonstrate that the petitioner was pressing for early decision on the application for temporary injunction, but it was not being considered.

Still, considering the short issue, we dispose of the writ petition by requesting the learned Judge of the trial court to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's application for temporary injunction, as early as possible.
