This Court (Coram : V.K. Jadhav, J.) had heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP on 27th November, 2017 and had observed as under :

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the Collector Hingoli has disqualified the present respondent No.2, respondent No.2 has approached the Hon'ble Minister concerned by filing an appeal and the Hon'ble Minister has stayed the said order of disqualification till the further orders without specifying any date. Learned counsel for the petitioner/original complainant submits that even though, petitioner has approached the Hon'ble Minister, however, no next date in the matter has been given. Learned A.G.P. seeks two week's time to take specific instructions in this regard.

Stand over to 11.12.2017."

Thereafter, the record reveals that the matter was adjourned at the request of the petitioner on three occasions. 3.
Learned AGP submits that the Hon'ble Minister would decide the pending proceedings within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the litigating sides.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application stand disposed of. The petitioner shall appear before the Hon'ble State Minister for Urban Development in Appeal No. M.U.N. 4417/Pra/Kra 131/Navi 15, on 03rd August, 2018, at 11.a.m. The office of the Hon'ble Minister would issue notices to the original appellant and respondent Nos. 1,3 and 4. After the service of notice is complete and after all the parties have appeared before the Hon'ble Minister, by the 31st day of August, 2018, the Hon'ble Minister would proceed to consider their respective contentions.

These litigating sides would participate in the hearing on the dates on which the matter is posted. All the litigating sides are at liberty to enter their written notes of submission along with documents and citations. After concluding the hearing in the proceedings on/or before 30th day of September, 2018, the Hon'ble Minister would proceed to deliver an order in the said appeal on/or before 31st October, 2018. The litigating sides shall co-operate with the office of the Hon'ble Minister
for an expeditious hearing in the matter.

Needless to state, the elections that are scheduled on 24th July, 2018, shall be subjected to the result of the proceedings before the Hon'ble Minister.
