Learned APP is producing the report from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik in respect of the appellant. It has been stated that the appellant was released on Corona Parole Leave on 9th August 2021. However, the communication received by the Nashik Road Central Prison from Police Inspector, Lohara Police Station, District-Osmanabad on 16th July 2022 communicating that the appellant has expired on 3rd October 2021. It appears that the appellant - deceased had gone to Solapur and as he was unwell, he was taken for treatment in

criapl887.15 Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Sarvopachar Hospital, Solapur, but he expired in the said hospital and the information regarding the same has been given by Dr. Anariya Karle. The said report from Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In view of all the documents, referred above, coming before this Court, the Appeal stands abated.
